As Sustainnovators, we manage and rent properties with Sustainable Innovations. While many property management companies may not care about the impact of your property on the environment, we do. Our goal is to provide you a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The cost of the rent is only part of your cost of living in a rental home. Check us out and you will see!

Why rent with us?

Our rentals are not the cheapest in town. If all you care about is low cost, we are not for you. However, if you want a high value rental experience, consider us.

We encourage you to ask your prospective landlord some hard questions. Find out what the utility bills are for the home. Ask about responsiveness to maintenance requests. Ask to see if the home has been tested for Radon. Ask to speak to a prior resident. Ask if you can see a sample lease.

Also look online for reviews of your landlord. You will find some websites with landlord reviews on our helpful stuff page.
