Sustainnovators LLC Lease Application process

  • Applicant does a self-assessment based on this document. (optional)
  • Applicant completes and returns an application form.
  • Landlord informs applicant if they are eligible for further consideration.
  • Applicants who are eligible submit to background and credit check at www.mysmartmove.com. Fee is non-refundable ~$30.00 per lease signer and co-signer.
  • Landlord notifies applicant if selected.
  • Accepted applicants sign lease contract, and provide Security deposit, optional pet fee and one month’s rent. Once funds clear the bank, home is reserved to applicant.
  • Applicant contacts Utility providers. Service must be transferred by lease start date.
