Emergency Instructions for 3448 Elrod

From time to time, a tornado warning may be issued. In such cases, we have a county wide alarm system (COWS - County Outdoor Warning Siren). You should be able to hear the sirens from inside your unit. 

There is a basement in the house at 3795 Smallhouse. We have arranged to allow you access to this basement in emergency situations. Here are instructions to access the basement:

1) head to the house. You will enter by the side door circled in the photo below. 

There is a combination lock on the door. Residents will be provided with the code.

2) enter the garage through the side door. Immediately to your left is a door that provides entry to the house. Residents will be provided with the code. 

3) Upon entry to the house, there is an emergency shelter door to your right. Open the door (turn the key if necessary) and go down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs is a a small room for shelter in case of an emergency

4) Note that the remainder of the house is a private residence and is off limits.
